The accident was followed by Julie's third near death experience (NDE). (The first was when she was nineteen and the man she was living with went crazy on drugs. He cut her up, punched her and left her for dead. The second NDE was when she was at a Kings Hockey Playoff game and reacted poorly to a woman's hair spray. Julie would not leave the tied game as she lost her ability to breathe). This (third) time was different, Julie crossed over and did not want to come back. However, her work here was not done. Julie was shown her way back by Angels with a message to "heal the world one person at a time". Julie walks with Angels to this day. She was blessed with the ability to both hear, see and be guided by Angels. With this gift and her natural gift of seeing auras Julie shifted. "I am grateful for the gifts I've been given. was attuned* as a Reiki Master IIIa and IIIb by Reiki Master Jeannie Cottingham.
Jeannie Cottingham was attuned to Reiki Mastery by Laurie Grant who was
attuned by James Davis who was attuned by Dr. Arthur Robertson. Dr.
Robertson was initiated in the 70’s into the Reiki system by Master Teacher
Virginia Samdahl, who was the first Occidental Reiki Master initiated by Mrs.
Hawayo Takata. In the late 1970’s
and early 1980’s Dr. Robertson studied and shared with Reiki Master Iris
Ishikuro, who was also initiated into the system by Mrs. Takata. In 1938 Mrs.
Takata received her Master attunement from Dr. Chujiro Hayashi. Dr. Hayashi
received his Mastership from Dr. Mikao Usui in 1925.

Julie, a California native, has been on the spiritual path since 1971 becoming a member of
The Brotherhood of The Source, The Aquarian Family. She reminisces fondly
about those days when she was known as "Spring", remembering working
at The Source Restaurant on Sunset Blvd., living in NOW of the Mother House with
150 other light minded souls and attending 4:00am
morning meditations. The teachings of Father YHVH became the foundation to her
growing spiritual awareness. After leaving the Family, Julie was an EST Trainer and a Self Actualization Leader in
the 70's assisting people with taking responsibility for their lives, so that
they could move past blockages and barriers to a healthy lifestyle. Growing up studying all religions
and vowing to live by example, doing what is right is the principal that guided
her in a successful 22+ year career in advertising/marketing. For more information on

In 1998, while driving down LA's 405 southbound freeway in her Corvette,
Julie was hit by a hit-and-run driver. Her brakes, seat-belt and airbag failed
as she spun out of
control
crashing head on into the center divider. Julie was lucky to
walk away with only broken bones and what she was told is permanent nerve root damage in her spine.
She lost her ability to perform in the same way. Pain had taken over as her
constant companion. Her quest to ease her own pain and to recreate her life led
her to the world of alternative medicine. Julie always says
"your focus determines your reality". She knew it was time to change her focus,
to move again into a space of personal growth and power. Once she found the
resources to heal, all she wanted to do was share her gifts. In her
previous incarnation as a corporate executive she would say "knowledge is power,
when shared". Now. Julie was committed to sharing the knowledge of what lays
beyond traditional medicine and closed-ended thinking with the world.
Learning gave Julie hope. She
received her Doctorate in Metaphysics (PhD), became: a Reiki Master in more than five different
forms of Reiki (this Aquarian is true to form) and an Ordained Minister in the
Universal Life Church (because their premise is "do the right thing")
Julie found ULC consistent with her thinking and actions, and a Minister in the Church of
Religious Science (Science of Mind). She
made the
commitment to give back on a different plane, one that brought peace and
well-being to mind, body, heart and spirit. Julie enjoyed success in both the
creative and corporate worlds. Julie discovered that Reiki gave her hours of
pain-free time, a gift. Now, she has turned her energy to healing the
world...to teaching what she knows and to giving back to the universe which has
been so generous to her.
